After wowing crowds in Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver, GRETA Bar, is coming to King West. The arcade and entertainment spot is bringing its magic to Toronto in spring 2024. Nestled at King and Portland, this marks GRETA Bar‘s fourth location, this one spanning across two floors.
GRETA Bar Brings Nostalgic Fun to King West
Spanning 12,500 square feet, the venue will feature a treasure trove of over 50 arcade games. Between blending vintage favourites with cutting-edge interactive experiences there is also a full bar and restaurant. Street food is crafted from locally sourced ingredients inspired by global flavours. The drink menu showcases a delightful array of handcrafted cocktails and local craft beers.
On weekend nights, DJs take the stage, transforming the joint into a vibrant dance floor. According to Casey Greabeiel, Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations, “After becoming a hot spot in Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver, we can’t wait to roll out the full GRETA experience in Toronto. The King and Portland location is the ideal hub for groundbreaking games, a mouthwatering restaurant, and a pulsating dance floor – all conveniently under one roof.”
Nestled in a historic 1896 heritage building in the heart of King West, GRETA’s Toronto spot boasts industrial design with original brick and beam architecture. Get ready for a visual treat with permanent art installations by local street artists, adding an analogue feel to the ambience. Plus, video games!
Having triumphed in Calgary (2018), Edmonton (2019) and Vancouver (2022), GRETA Bar is geared up to slay in Toronto. GRETA is promising an electrifying blend of entertainment, food and drink, and neon-soaked everything.
High scores and highball cocktails pair well with a planned spring opening. Stay tuned for more on this new Toronto arcade slash funhouse!
