I wish FORM was here 20 years ago after having two kids and all the changes that followed with two c-sections. But my priority now as I inch closer to 60 (what? I know) is menopause related with everything from changes in my skin (collagen loss, elasticity), osteo-health, bloating, weak core, brain fog, and energy. Everyone has different concerns. So, do what’s right for you. No judgement. But do your research and go somewhere that’s trusted!
While I’ve been fortunate to try many different things across the city there’s lots I haven’t explored and honestly, it can all be overwhelming.
