Sweatabl has launched, seeking to pair fitness enthusiasts with workouts around the city. The fitness app brings gym bunnies and gym owners together, allowing fitness studios to promote their karma/community (read free) classes, and inspire athletes to try a new workout, a total win win for everyone!
While we’re in lockdown mode the app has doubled down and curated even more content, with gyms branching out offering at-home workouts, Sweatabl took note and crafted lists of trainers and gyms that are getting in on the WFH game. The app is designed to help trainers and gym owners to sell their under-preforming classes and invite prospective new clients to their studios.
Sweatabl is savvy and in-step with what fitness enthusiasts are after. It’s a dual core purpose app developed by Liz Rozman and IRL partner Rob Payne. Liz and Rob are of course super fit, super smart and although they both maintain their usual 9-5 gigs, they are motivated to work on a product that supports their creative and technical ambitions.

With a Civil Engineering degree under her belt, you would think Liz would be happy to rest on her laurels, but expanding into the fitness landscape was always something on her radar. She’s a self-professed sweaty-betty and ambassador for First Health Apparel, a maker of sleek and technical performance apparel. She was frustrated at the lack of available and accessible options and partnered up with Rob to level the playing field for those that might not be as financially flush, but still seek the group workout dynamic.
While gyms are hitting the pause button, Sweatabl is offering their content for you to instantly download workout programs from your favourite local studios. It might be hard to stay motivated and stick to your fitness routines, and that’s totally okay. Regroup, refocus and retrain your brain, when we’re all ready to re-engage, Sweatabl will be ready.

Download Sweatabl for free from the app store! Android version is in development so stay tuned for more!
