The Tea and Herbal Association of Canada may have a bit of a reputation for being teetotalers, but that doesn’t stop them from celebrating #HotTeaMonth! Yes, January, with 31-flavours of blah-ness can actually be quite inspired, even if you’re plotting through a Dry-January. Teas are chock-full of antioxidants, brimming with all the benefits of water, amplified with flavours and fun that just can’t be replicated by water with a lemon.

The culture around tea and the traditions of replicating a tea experience are perfect rituals to help life in lockdown 2.0. Tea time is a moment to pause, have a chat while waiting for the kettle and enjoy a few moments of quiet while waiting for your tea to steep. The repetition of this daily task can become something to look forward to – almost as much as that glass of wine with dinner.
