Starting today, Apple Fitness+ is introducing four new workouts created to inspire and offer all the positive vibes! And we are here for it all! Even the trainers even have the jerseys to show for it!
Fitness+ users can join in the amazing workouts with …
- Coach Kyle for soccer-inspired Strength moves.
- Participate in a soccer-match inspired HIIT workout with Coach Bakari.
- Get ready for game time with Coach Sherica’s Cycling workout.
- Coach Emily’s Treadmill workout.
Each of the four workouts will feature playlists inspired by the music in the show. So circle up team because just like the themes on Ted Lasso, Fitness+ is all about believing in yourself, lifting each other up and the power of team work!

For Time to Walk fans…
To add to the fun, Time to Walk — Apple’s inspiring audio experience — has recently featured Ted Lasso stars “Coach Beard” Brendan Hunt. On this walk, he shares how he learned to use his creativity to process tough emotions as a child and why showing up for your family may not always look the way you want it to. His walk takes place in Richmond, where they filmed Ted Lasso.
Time to Walk has also featured Ted Lasso star, Hannah Waddingham, along side an impressive guest list of inspiring humans!
