“People ask why I chose a steak- and I felt that steak is so celebratory. If I were to win the lottery I would celebrate with a killer steak. And what would I do for a living? I’d still cook, but just maybe on a beach instead, on an island that I own…” laughs Matt.

Matt’s 30 day Canadian dry aged rib eye taco replete with velvety tomato onion jam and Gruyere cheese sauce is decked out with miniature crispy potato chips and precision cut chives, while the tender cauliflower taco is a satisfying handheld meatless main, with grilled veg, tomatillo sauce, and splashy edible flowers. Sound good? Well here’s your chance to snag your own! To kick off the new Tuesday draws, Matt will be parking the LOTTO MAX Food Truck outside and will serve up his fresh made tacos for FREE at the corner of Bay and Wellington from 11:00 am- 2:30pm on May 14th (until supplies run out)!
