The second location of Toronto’s innovative boutique fitness and wellness club, Sweat and Tonic, will be opening at The Well™ on December 9th. Since its 2019 launch, S&T has offered 205 programmed group fitness classes weekly at Yonge and Shuter. That’s a staggering 520,000+ workouts completed. And that includes all the various lockdowns and closures during Covid!
The new 25,000-square-foot location will provide an even more extensive range of services, including a boutique recovery hub. Blending premium spa amenities with state-of-the-art technology will offer a unique fitness and wellness experience for guests.

According to David Ingram, Founder of Sweat and Tonic, the club was designed to bridge the gap between home and office for those who prioritize health, fitness, and community. The new location at Front St. and Spadina Ave. will offer fully immersive HIIT, Ride, and Yoga/Pilates Studios. Each room features state-of-the-art sound and lighting.
The Yoga Studio will be Canada’s first immersive yoga studio with a 445-inch projection screen. The new location will offer over 205 classes per week developed and led by a diverse team of professionals.
It will also provide individualized personal training programs in a dedicated Personal Training Studio and a 50 ft. lap pool. Their boutique spa and recovery hub will open early in 2024 and feature treatment rooms and tech-powered rooms with traditional recovery services and cutting-edge biohacking technologies.
