While trolling through social media over the holidays I discovered a miraculous creation called the Guinness Punch. A thick, creamy cocktail using condensed milk and stout I knew I had to try it out with one of the many craft beers popping up around town.
It’s a simple concoction. Throw all the ingredients in a blender, refrigerate an hour then serve. In my adaption I use Left Field Brewery’s toasted marshmallow mocha stout collaboration they did with Sweet Jesus. Topped with some toasted coconut and a campfire worthy marshmallow this beer cocktail is a perfect winter sipper. To mix it up garnish with chocolate, cinnamon or a fruit syrup. Once you’ve tried it you will hitting up all the breweries for their flavoured stouts to try it out on.

RECIPE
1 1/2 cup stout
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg

Add all ingredient to blend and mix. Refrigerate and serve cold.
