Whether you’re a couch-to-5K, a charity runner, or an elite marathoner, there is one thing for certain: running races in Canada are best attempted in seasonal conditions. And with spring on the horizon, we can’t think of a better time to train.
If you’re new to running, start slow and listen to your body. You may want to consult your healthcare practitioner to ensure you’re up to the challenge. Running isn’t for everyone; the jarring, repetitive motion can be hard on joints. Try running on a track or cross country for a softer surface.
Running is freedom. Lace up and get outside for these Canadian races.
