An intoxicating doc showcasing the prestigious and high-pressure world of haute cuisine, Michelin Stars goes behind the scenes of multiple Michelin-class kitchens to reveal how the brand’s coveted stars are awarded. A thoughtful and elegant meditation on creativity, business, and the art of perfection, chronicling the inner-workings of the culinary world through the eyes of its chefs, critics and their customers.

Michelin Stars will screen on Wednesday, March 7, at 6:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m., and Thursday, March 8, at 6:45 p.m. at Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema (Toronto). Director Rasmus Dinesen will be in attendance to participate in post-screening Q&As.
