For over twenty years Tony Rabinovitch and his younger sister Diane have been talking about opening a storefront that specializes in crazy topped perogies. Not surprising given they have been making these pockets of deliciousness even longer through their family business Pelmen Foods. With over 40 different flavour combinations alone that are packaged and sent to grocery stores, restaurants and private contracts a fast food perogy shop was the next step to take.
With the help of Corporate Chef Raine Laing they tasted, experimented, fought for and combined their own unique tastes to help create the first nine Holy Perogy combos that they are ready to share with the city. These aren’t your typical potato flake and cheese powder frozen dumplings. The Rabinovitch’s stand by their commitment to only using fresh and natural ingredients in each and every one of their pillows of taste explosions.
