We admit that we love to eat! It’s very much part of our travels too. We will always scope out the restaurant scene as well as hidden gems on a trip. Exploring the local food scene whether we’re on a beach vacation or an urban jungle is always on our must-do list. And eating is very much part of the whole travel experience leaving us lasting memories. We often wish we could take these delicious memories back with us. Goldbelly has been making those dreams come true in the USA and now has expanded into Canada!
Goldbelly is an American company that started on the idea that often the foods we experience on our travels bring back emotions and fond memories. Based on Joe Ariel’s (founder) own experience, and this brilliant idea, he has made many hungry dreams come true.
It’s no surprise that the concept gained popularity while many of us could not travel during the pandemic. It was that glimmer of hope and good times many needed. The company was able to bring comfort and joy by offering a delivery service that went beyond the local fast food joint. Goldbelly focused on mouthwatering, unforgettable and iconic foods from restaurants, chefs, and food purveyors. Now, they continued to do so with over 800 offerings to choose from within the US market.

Now, Goldbelly has expanded its delivery borders to include Canada! We, too, can order up the most delicious food and treats that we’ve tasted, or have wanted to try but never got around to it, on our travels. All delivered in dry ice and packaged to come fresh and fast.
Memories of…
While Toronto is a big foodie city with many incredible options, there are just times when we would love to bring back some of the nostalgia.
My family has so many incredible memories of enjoying local foods like Chowder along the Pier in San Francisco, Magnolia Bakery Goods in Manhattan, and our non-stop obsession with fresh pineapples in Maui. Pork Belly Baos at Momofuku in Manhattan was bliss before the restaurant in Toronto had come and gone.
We use to travel annually to Boston each summer and I can remember our road trip out to Cape Cod when the kids were younger. Visiting the local seaside eateries for the freshest lobster rolls enjoyed on rustic and casual picnic tables will forever etch in my happy memory bank.

We recently received a “Taste of New York” box that highlights famous must-eats including a dozen Kossar’s New York style bagels, two John’s of Bleecker Street Pizzas, and one incredible Junior’s New York Style Cheesecake. This was a fun addition to bring for a recent cottage weekend getaway with friends.
