Guided meditation offers scientifically proven benefits, including reduced stress, anxiety, and depression, improved focus, emotional regulation, sleep quality, and lower blood pressure. It boosts immune function, aids in pain management, and enhances self-awareness. Studies also show positive behavioural changes, making it a powerful tool for mental and physical well-being.  Registration here.

Last Words: Talking in Cemeteries: (Luminato) June 18, 8:30 pm to 11 pm. York Cemetery and Funeral Centre. Join historians and contemporary voices as they explore themes of life, death, and legacy in this unique and reflective evening event. As night falls, step through the gates of one of Toronto’s historic cemeteries, drawn by the glow of soft, saturated light and distant music. Here, among centuries of stories etched in stone, an extraordinary evening unfolds.

In this intimate gathering, the past is brought into vivid focus as contemporary voices share profound personal insights about mortality, meaning, and what it truly means to live. Together with fellow seekers, you’ll explore the conversations we rarely have—about death, grief, legacy, and the unknown. Registration here.
