Nothing tastes better than a coffee made for you. Fall is finally here, and with the popularity of espresso-based cocktails, we’re happy to leave the brewing to someone else.
That’s where our Barista Butler Philips comes into play. Their new 3200 Series Espresso Machine aims to take all the work away from the grind of making coffee. So, while you’re measuring your drams to make these cocktails, the 3200 is cranking out freshly ground coffees.
This impressive machine also boasts a built-in milk frother dubbed the LatteGo. This allows you to press a button, walk away and return to a perfectly café-crafted frothy cappuccino.
GET TO KNOW YOUR BARISTA IN A BOX
Crafting five different coffee drinks on the fly, the Philips 3200 Series with LatteGo does everything but add sugar. Imagine the possibilities of after-dinner drinks while you socialize instead of slinging out coffees. Bliss. At your fingertips, with easy-clean and straightfoward touch points, this coffee beast is downright foolproof.
Coffee ☕ Espresso ☕ Americano ☕ Cappuccino ☕ Latte Macchiato
The system also features a water purifier, clearly the coffee gods weighed in on this one. You can also toss in your fave beans and let this brewmaster do the grind, to your specifications, naturally, or add your pre-ground beans for a streamlined experience.
FIRE UP YOUR PHILIPS AND MAKE THESE TERRIFIC ESPRESSO COCKTAILS
Amaro Montenegro Dessert Cocktail- By Nathalie Foy
2 oz Amaro Montenegro
1 oz Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
2 oz Chilled Espresso Coffee
Dash of Chocolate Bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and serve over a king cube in a rocks glass.
1 oz of Vodka (we suggest Grey Goose)
1/2 oz of Kahlua
2 oz Espresso Coffee, room temperature
1 tsp of Simple Syrup
3 Coffee Beans for Garnish
Brew espresso and allow to cool. Combine ingredients, minus the garnish, in a shaker with ice. Shake vigourously for 30-45 seconds to create the luxurious foam layer. Strain and serve with beans as a garnish.
1 oz St Remy Brandy
1/2 oz of Cointreau
2 oz of Hot Espresso Coffee
Whipped Cream + Orange Wheel Garnish
Brew espresso and set aside. In a sugar rimmed glass, add St Remy Brandy, Cointreau and then add coffee and top with whipped cream and a dehydrated orange wheel.
Remember to always drink responsibly. Never, ever drink and drive.
