Amaro Montenegro Dessert Cocktail- By Nathalie Foy

2 oz Amaro Montenegro

1 oz Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur

2 oz Chilled Espresso Coffee

Dash of Chocolate Bitters

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and serve over a king cube in a rocks glass.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

1 oz of Vodka (we suggest Grey Goose)

1/2 oz of Kahlua

2 oz Espresso Coffee, room temperature

1 tsp of Simple Syrup

3 Coffee Beans for Garnish

Brew espresso and allow to cool. Combine ingredients, minus the garnish, in a shaker with ice. Shake vigourously for 30-45 seconds to create the luxurious foam layer. Strain and serve with beans as a garnish.

SPANISH COFFEE

1 oz St Remy Brandy

1/2 oz of Cointreau

2 oz of Hot Espresso Coffee

Whipped Cream + Orange Wheel Garnish

Brew espresso and set aside. In a sugar rimmed glass, add St Remy Brandy, Cointreau and then add coffee and top with whipped cream and a dehydrated orange wheel.

Remember to always drink responsibly. Never, ever drink and drive.
