10XTO, the new high-tech gym housed in Hotel X Toronto on Lakeshore Boulevard can be a little intimidating upon first glance. Visually stunning, with panoramic sunrise and sunset views, and unobstructed views of Lake Ontario, the gym’s view is only rivaled at what it houses inside. Impressive would be a great understatement.
The brand new facility curates an experience unrivaled by other gyms, with nine squash courts, four ‘Australian Open’ style tennis courts, and a 6,500 sq ft fitness space, the mere square footage of this gem affords the gym the luxury of one thing that most gyms don’t have- space.

And 10XTO isn’t done yet, an outdoor pool, full service spa and high performance area are set to launch soon, making this state of the art gym a one stop shop for athletes of all levels. And with BMO Field nearby, you’re quite likely going to be elbow to elbow with an Argo or two.

The gym is based on the premise that sports and conditioning should overlap, one leading into the other, building on each other and enabling you to not get stuck in the same routine (hello elliptical), which in turn really energizes you to get excited to workout. Boasting state of the art Technogym fitness gear, super high tech machines that do more than just merely make you sweat. Want to conquer a mountain on the treadmill? Race your buddy next to you? It’s all on offer, as is the Mywellness App, a personal trainer in your pocket.
